Hello All!
First of all i just want to say thank you for checking out my page! Your support is greatly appreciated.

I am a dedicated Personal Trainer with Certificates 3 & 4 in Fitness and a Diploma of Fitness. With these qualifications this has allowed me to successfully put forth health and fitness not only to myself, but those around me.
I specialise in:
- Weight Loss
- Muscle Toning
- Muscle Maintenance
- Power/Olympic Lifting
- Aerobic Adaptation
- Older Adults
- Advice on Sports Injury Prevention and Management; and
- Basic Rehabilitation understandings.
(also program designing for anyones needs)

So I guess your wondering, WHAT IS PERSONAL TRAINING?

I see Personal Training as a 'commitment' that i make to a client to help them achieve specific health goals, in order to better their way of living.
Commitment being the main focus, I like to see it as a promise that i make to my clients that ill be with you every step of the way and not just charging for the service.

Personal Training is more then just paying for someone to tell you what to do. It's more along the lines of: building rapport and trust, being taught discipline, being shown how to change ones habits towards health and the best thing of all, EDUCATION. Its Worth it!
